On November 22, 2024, the 14th Conference of the Green Building Alliance in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance Conference") was grandly held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This Alliance Conference was guided by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province, and was hosted by the Green Building and Energy Conservation Professional Committee of the China Society for Urban Studies and the Zhejiang Green Building and Building Industrialization Industry Association. It was organized by enterprises such as Zhejiang Institute of Building Science and Design, Zhejiang Provincial Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Shengkui Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.
This event consists of a main forum and six sub-forums, namely "Innovation and Development of Energy-saving Enclosure Structures and Green Low-carbon Building Materials", "Innovation and Safety of Building-integrated Photovoltaics and Energy Storage", "Innovative Technologies and Applications of Green Low-carbon Design", "Construction of Low-carbon Urban Districts and Organic Urban Renewal", "Integration and Practice of Green Construction and Digital Technology", and "HVAC Energy Conservation and Green Innovation under the Dual Carbon Goals", with a total of over 800 participants.
01 Event Introduction
This event, themed "Greening the Future, Building a Low-Carbon Dream", focused on the latest scientific and technological achievements, development trends, successful practices of domestic green buildings and building energy conservation and carbon reduction, as well as relevant technical standards and policy measures for green buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions, aiming to explore ideas for enhancing the quality of green buildings and promoting technological innovation in these regions. The event attracted a large number of participants from relevant government departments, experts, scholars, and enterprises in the field of green buildings. General Manager Yan Zhen, Deputy General Manager Xiong Shaobo, Deputy General Manager Wen Yangang, Chief Technical Engineer Ji Liang of Shanghai Shengkui Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., and representatives from Zhejiang Shengkui Company attended this conference.
02 Remarks by the Leadership
The opening ceremony of this event was chaired by Ge Liang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Green Building and Energy Conservation Professional Committee of the China Society for Urban Studies. Speeches were delivered by leaders from the Green Building and Energy Conservation Professional Committee of the China Society for Urban Studies, Shanghai Shengkui Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., and the Zhejiang Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
General Manager Yan Zhen of Shanghai Shengkui, as the representative of the enterprise, delivered a speech. He first extended a warm welcome to the attending leaders, experts and enterprises. He pointed out that the climatic characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter region have special requirements for building envelope structures. He expressed the hope that experts, scholars and colleagues would strengthen cooperation, jointly explore innovative technologies and development models, and promote the entire industry to move towards a greener and more low-carbon direction. The keynote report was hosted by Lin Yi, the president of Zhejiang Green Building and Building Industrialization Industry Association. The speakers included Xu Shilang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University; Wang Youwei, the director of the Green Building and Energy Conservation Professional Committee of the China Society for Urban Studies; Zhao Yuhong, the chairman and party secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Building Science and Design; Wang Qingqin, the chief technology officer of the China Society for Urban Studies; Chen Zhiqing, the vice president of Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Architectural Design and Research; and Yang Yi, the chairman and party secretary of Zhejiang University Institute of Architectural Design and Research. Wang Baijun, the rotating director of the Green Building Professional Committee of Hunan Construction Science and Technology and Building Energy Conservation Association, was also among the speakers.
During the same period, Ji Liang, the chief engineer of Shanghai Shengkui Technology, shared "Good House, Good Technology - Opportunities and Challenges of Thermal Insulation Structure Integration Technology". First, he shared the structure and application of Shengkui's silicon graphene non-removable thermal insulation formwork. Then, he interpreted the development process and current situation of domestic thermal insulation structure integration technology. Finally, he put forward the current challenges and solutions for thermal insulation structure integration in hot summer and cold winter regions.
