On December 26, 2024, the Fifth Shanghai Real Estate Industry High-Quality Development Technology Exchange Conference under the Dual Carbon Goals was grandly held at the Hyatt Regency Shanghai Hongqiao. Shanghai Shengkui Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Shengkui") was invited to attend this conference.

The theme of this conference is "Technology Empowering Quality Leadership", which comprehensively explores and introduces new products and technologies applicable to high-quality buildings from multiple dimensions such as building function optimization, health and comfort, building technology, low-carbon green, energy conservation and environmental protection. Many industry experts and enterprise representatives delivered speeches on enhancing housing quality.

Ji Liang, the chief engineer of Shanghai Shengkui Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on the current problems and solutions of the integrated insulation structure technology. The main contents included: the development history and current situation of the integrated insulation structure in China, the forms and current situation of the integrated insulation structure technology in Shanghai, and the challenges and solutions currently faced by the integrated insulation structure in hot summer and cold winter regions.

The report pointed out that the current challenges faced by the insulation structure integration in hot summer and cold winter areas mainly include the following points: 1. Control of flatness and verticality; 2. How to deal with higher energy-saving requirements; 3. Integration of infill walls and insulation structures; 4. Waterproofing issues of exterior walls. And in response to the above problems, solutions were proposed to share with everyone and discuss together. It was unanimously recognized by the experts and colleagues in the industry present.

During the conference, Shanghai Shengkui set up a booth to introduce the "SW Silicon Graphene Non-removable Insulation Formwork" and the "SW Silicon Graphene Insulation and Structural Integration System" to the attending leaders and industry colleagues who came for consultation.
