SW Silicone Integrated Anti Strike Special Insulation Board

Silicone insulation board is an A (A2) grade non combustible insulation material composed of polystyrene particles and inorganic materials such as silicon and calcium, which are coated with inorganic slurry, molded, subjected to high temperature and high pressure, silicon calcium reaction molding, and secondary micro foaming processes. It is a new type of non cement-based silicon calcium composite insulation material.


According to the application type, it can be divided into F type and P type. F type can be used as an A-level non removable insulation template, applied to the integrated system of cast-in-place concrete insulation exterior walls and the integrated system of prefabricated concrete reverse insulation exterior walls; P-type can be used as A-level non combustible insulation board, applied to external wall insulation thin plastering system, insulation decoration integrated board system, composite insulation wall and other systems.


According to the enhanced structure of the product, it can be divided into N-type (without enhanced mesh), S-type (with built-in single-layer enhanced mesh), and M-type (with built-in double-layer enhanced mesh). Silicon ink thin insulation board has excellent properties such as low thermal conductivity, high compressive elastic modulus, high strength, non flammability, low water absorption, and good durability, which can achieve insulation and structural life.
